Subject dependent paper-pencil research instruments and subject diaries/journals are notoriously unreliable, with falsification reported as high as 79%, with missing and retrospective entries being common. These types of traditional methodologies are wrought with data reconciliation challenges, including bias and reliance on inaccurate memory recollections.
