In this paper, we present the results of a pilot study conducted in collaboration with the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, where In-home Monitoring Systems (IMS) were deployed in an independent living senior housing apartment complex. The study represented the second step in the development, validation, and evaluation of the IMS.
